I feel as though I should give this one up and free up the space for a goal I can really work on.
If the old saying you gotta spend money to make money was really true I should be a billionaire by now. ahaha…

How I did it: My boyfriend did all of the planning, so I just showed up at the train station. From there we took the Eurostar to Paris and once we arrived we hopped on the Metro. You can get pretty much anywhere on that thing. Read how I did it…
How I did it: Cold Turkey. It takes more than one try, but it does get easier. I quit 10 years ago and would never go back. The pulmonary embolism helped, but it still took 2 years after to finally kick the habit. Cigarettes are gross and smoke all over your clothes and hair stinks. It was easier for me as I no longer had roommates who smoked, so I didn't have to watch other people enjoying what I wanted. There are plenty of people out there willing to… Read how I did it…
How I did it: I decided to give my hair a break from all of the crazy colours I had dyed it in previous years when I started dating my boyfriend. I don't think he even noticed that my hair was no longer Chocolate Cherry. It took a long time to grow out the coloured part and I have seen a lot of my hair hit the floor of the salon, but I think it was a good choice. Someday my hair will start to turn grey and I'll go back to the bottle. Read how I did it…

The official date of arrival barring any unforeseen calamities is October 7th!!!!!!! That is just over a month away.
So much to do before then, but it is all so worth it.
This date is just a few days before the 5th anniversary of the day ed first came to visit me.
Looking forward to making this goal an accomplished one!
In preparation for ed’s October arrival I am doing some serious housework and chucking of the no longer needed. I spent most of Friday emptying out the storage room, sorting everything, boxing up 3 boxes of items for charity, and putting the keepsters back in a much more organised and easy to get around in storage space. Feels great to have that bit out of the way.
Still a long ways to go esp. with the balcony in such a mess, but I’ll get there and feel better for it.
More reports to follow…
